Welcome to Automate AI by UC Tech Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our"). By accessing or using our services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Services overview

The Services are intended for lawful use by individuals and businesses. Access or use where it is unlawful or unauthorized is prohibited. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

Intellectual property

We own or license all intellectual property in the Services, including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text and graphics ("Content"). You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Content for your internal business purposes. Unauthorized use, copying or distribution is prohibited.

Your responsibilities

• The information you give us is accurate, current and complete.
• You keep your login details confidential.
• Your use of the Services follows applicable laws and regulations.
• You do not use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Prohibited activities

• Using the Services in breach of any law or regulation.
• Unauthorized data mining, scraping or similar activities.
• Distributing viruses, malware or other harmful material.
• Impersonating others or acting fraudulently.
• Harassing, abusing or harming our employees, agents or other users.

WhatsApp, Facebook and other connected platforms

Some features work with platforms run by other companies, such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram (Meta). When you use them you must also follow those platforms' terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's Advertising Standards. You are responsible for the messages you send, for having your customers' permission to message them, and for the ads you create. Ads created through Meta Ads run in, and are paid from, your own ad account. You can disconnect a platform at any time; see our Data Deletion page.

Payments and refunds

All payments for the Services must be made on the agreed terms. Refunds follow our refund policy. Late payment may lead to suspension or termination of the Services.

Changes and interruptions

We may change, suspend or stop the Services at any time. We work to keep the Services available but are not liable for interruptions or technical problems.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UC Tech Private Limited, its affiliates, officers and employees from any claims, liabilities or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

We may end your access to the Services for breach of these Terms or misuse. On termination, all rights granted under these Terms end immediately.

Privacy

How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
