Data Deletion Instructions

If you connected Facebook to Automate AI (Meta Ads or Facebook Leads), you can remove the connection and your data at any time.

1. Remove the connection inside Automate AI

• Meta Ads: open Meta Ads in the menu and click Disconnect. We delete your stored Facebook login, ad account and Page connection immediately.
• Facebook Leads: open Integrations → Facebook Leads and click Disconnect Facebook. We stop receiving leads and delete your stored Facebook login and Page access immediately. (To stop only some Pages, untick them and click Save.)

2. Remove Automate AI from Facebook

On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find Automate AI and click Remove. This ends all our access to your Facebook data.

3. Ask us to delete everything

Email admin@uctech.co.in from your account email with the subject "Delete my data", and include your business name and WhatsApp number. Within 30 days we will delete your Facebook data (login tokens, Page and ad account details, and leads received from Facebook) and your account data, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices), and confirm by email.
